Neat car, but I agree with Todd regarding the bumpers.  It may not be the case, but to me it says there may be more corner-cutting lurking under the paint.

Would be one needing a closer inspection if interested, IMHO.

 Perhaps, but the asking price should reflect the cost of having to rechrome the bumpers.  IMHO the painted bumpers ruin the look of an otherwise nice car.
