Sure looks solid but as being discussed in another thread, paint is expensive.

I like this, as I've become a fan of 4-door hardtops.  You will probably never see a new car introduced in the 4-door hardtop style ever again, unless it is some high-end vehicle priced out of reach for the regular person.

The body/paint issue is becoming a bit of a mystery as mentioned in the other thread - prices seem to be spiralling out of control to the point of dwarfing the purchase price of the car.

All that said, what would everybody consider a fair price to be for this car, though the extent of the work required is not really clear on this one?

Very hard to say, pics of rest of the interior and knowing if the motor and mechanicals were good, plus extent of rust. Looks like rust at bottom of front fenders, maybe rear fender lips, trunklid looks a little funky. bottoms of doors? Pics are not very good, you'd need to see it in person to know what its really like.

If the interior is good, the mechanicals are good, and thtose rust issue are not really there, $6500 would be in the ballpark.

Thanks Don.  I realize there are a lot of unknowns that can only be resolved by an inspection.  I'm not intending to get this car, was just curious if people thought it was a reasonable price as it seems prices have jumped in the last year or so for some unknown (to me) reason.
