well she's all together. Got out for a shakedown run and overall went fairly well....turns out my vaccum actuator on the transmission is no good and there was also a small vacuum leak there as well. Got that fixed up but haven't had time to try her out again

Still have to get the stereo installed and finish/tidy up the console and a couple interior things, but overall it's good!!!

been putting some miles on the old girl in the last 3 weeks...............few things have turned up:

-leaky oil canister/filter. Replaced with a mr.gasket spin on adapter.......problem solved
-old oil line leaking badly to the aftermarket oil gauge.......fixed that
-left turn signals not working.....turned out to be a bad connection and also a blown bulb in the front
-one taillight still not working but that's tonight's issue.........probably something simple
-wasn't shifting great....turns out the vaccum valve on the rear was leaking/had a vaccum line leak as well.....also the fluid was low, and the shift linkage to the carb was a bit too short......all fixed and shifts great now
-fuel gauge still isn't working but again, it's likely simple
-damn trim just won't stay put so will have to figure that out as well

still have lots in interior things to work on including custom console/stereo etc.........but at least i can go enjoy it!!!

Here's a pic of my 3 year old daughter with "her" car lol

thumbsup.gif  Looks like you might have to arm wrestle her to get into the drivers seat......and she looks tough!! Maybe negotiate....sits on your lap but gets to steer.  Cruise and enjoy, the bugs just make it more of an addventure!
