It says "built BBC" which is pretty vague. Appears to be iron head, which already runs counter to the "built" claim. It could just be a 396 with fancy valve covers and air cleaner. It could be decent. Why not add a few specifics? Says "stall" for the convertor. Well yes genius, torque convertors have stall speeds, even stock ones, ones meant for towing, crappy junkyard ones etc. Perhaps brand, age, and alleged stall speed might be more helpful?
I'm a little on the fence with this car. $17K could be a good price, but too many unknowns to say for sure.

What's the black spot behind the rear tire- rust or tar? Clean looking car to have tar there. Wonder what the interior is like- lots of questions for this one.
