67 beaumont Trim tag decoding

Style 73617 2-4-17 Body OS 839546 Paint 9 PP Trim 731 A51 d55 m35 I'm going to be picking this car up soon. Needs a complete restoration. Has most parts but is taken apart currently. Has a 350 with a 4 spd in it now. Body is pretty rusted and the tail of the frame needs replacing behind the axle. I think the paint is silver glaze mettalic? Not sure on trim color A51 bucket seats? D55 consol? M35 power glide? Thanks, nik.

Welcome here Nik. You are right on with decoding the A51 D55 M35. 2-4-17 is second shift, 4th month (April) 17th day. 73617 is Beaumont Custom 2 dr ht.

Thanks for the welcome Carl.
Any idea of the PP paint code?
731 trim color?

I'll be around here more often when I get the resto started.

Thanks guy

I believe you're right about the body colour: PP is Silverglaze metallic, and the "9" should indicate enamel paint.

The "731" with the A51 buckets would be Medium Bright Blue Vinyl

Welcome aboard!

OK the current interior is removed, but it mostly there besides the seats and is black. It had 70 front seats in it. I'm likely going to keep the black, but the original body color is being sprayed on it one day.
