Jeez, one picture. Going by that one picture I see an original '64 Beaumont Custom 4-door with moldings and 230 emblem intact. Original clear turn signal lenses. All this suggests an undamaged original. A bit of bondo would be expected. I'd love to hear the background story on the car.
230 badge, that means it should have a chromed 230. No problems with traffic to the legal limit.
