don't think the 'A' bodies ever had fender skirts ?     possible 68 Skylark ?   59 / 60 last year for the Impalas and only as a dealer option.

That number on ebay is showing as fitting Pontiacs in the 70's but the sellers can't seem to agree on 76 and down or 77 and up!

In 69 fullsize was the only cars with fender skirts offered. They were all steel so those are not 69 GM.
