If they are mint (no dents and scratches), i would say that is a fair price.

I sold many mint NOS sets to guys on here for $80 to $100, so in my mind they are pricey for what is described.

I sold caps like that at Bothwell 2 years ago for $5 each. They were nice but not perfect. On the other hand I sold a set of dog dish nos caps for a 1965 Chevrolet full size car on Ebay and they were bid to $400 US.
