Antenna location on 1965 Canso SD

I have 2 Canso SDs. Both are 1965. The only difference I can (could) see is one has a 6 and one a 8 (283)

However, I noticed today that the antenna on one was in the front fender and the other was same general location and in the cowl. Which one is correct? I'm thinking pone was added later?
