The 59 doesn't have an engine or trans (was 6 cyl. auto.), does have hood & bumper not in photo. As you can see in the photo the bright spark that had it before me tried to shave the door handles.
62 has 6 cyl. (missing some parts) and automatic. Missing tail light housings and headlight bezels. Has some decent interior parts.
