That wagon is from my hometown in Manitoba. As for the restrictions on the Manitoba Collector Plate use, there is no mileage restrictions on how far you can drive a collector vehicle. So I would bet that the owner drove it to Arizona.
wow that's nice, have had interest in both my cars [ no sign " FUR SAIL] when at shows in USA but they back away quick on seeing Cdn. tags,something to do with transferring title into US one???? Guess it's harder down there??? Have heard they have to get Cdn. ownership [title] laundered someplace in western states???

You have to take the car back to the border to do the paperwork to import it, same issue if the car is going the other way.
