1966 A body 6 way power seat unit for sale.

1966 A Body 6 way power bench seat unit.

Believed to have come out of a 66 Cutlass. I got the seat years ago as an unknown, and the pattern to me suggested Olds.

Works well and was taken apart, cleaned and lubricated a few years ago. Tested and works nice. There was a post on here describing it.

Cables and track feet spacing are sized for A body. But it is 100% possible to use these tracks on a B Body with a easy weld on mod to either the forward or rearward pedestals.

Cable length? Not so sure if they will span a B Seat. But I could compare them to B cables that I have if requested. The track unit itself is exactly the same between A and B, it's the pedestals that differ.

Includes the plastic side trims, however they are super brittle, but could certainly be used as a template to make up something new. Includes a seat side that is cutout for the switch, but it probably should be painted or  polished. The 6 way switch was rebuilt with a new joystick and one button and functions nice.

Will assemble and test to ensure it functions perfect before a sale.

Fits;  64 - 69? Chevelle, Malibu, Tempest, LeMans, GTO, Cutlass, Skylark, Century and Regal... and of course the mighty Beaumont!

Be the envy of the Beaumont Bench seat crowd. If you can't have buckets, might as well have a power bench!

Or adapt into your B body.

$400 plus shipping.

But you don't have a bucket seat A body.

Oh wait, your Grande Parisienne doesn't have a power bucket???? Umm, ....................., well,......................I guess you know what you need to do.

Just go check out ebay. This is a deal.

Your car with power bucket, headrests and passenger recliner..........................nah, that wouldn't be cool at all......................nah........................

Maybe get him to measure that tracks to make sure they bolt to a B Body seat. I think they will but you best check to make sure.

Carl this is for the Beaumont!

I don't think I'll put a power seat in the 66.  The alternator is already groaning!
