Trim plate question...

Hi...I have a trim plate that I received in some parts for my car and I'm having trouble figuring what it belongs to'''

Style  B76337  1-4-9

Paint   T

Trim    248

90% sure its a GM tag, not a Canadian car, but same dimensions as a GM tag

Any help would be appreciated

It certainly is the right style for a Canadian tag. I'm going by memory but I think a 76337 would be a Parisienne 6 cylinder 2 door hardtop. The 1-4-9 is the Canadian tag format for 1st shift, 4th month, 9th day.

76337

763 is the 6 cylinder designation for the Parisienne.  37 is for the 2 Door HT in 65, 66, 69, 70.

763 can also designate a 6 cylinder Safari Custom along with the Parisienne in 70.

Can you post a pic of the tag?

Might what you're calling a B actually be an 8?
