waiting weeks for the GP to ship I read and ad on Kijiji last Thursday said leaving Edmonton for Ontario with empty trailer on Monday. Ask how much from Lac La Bishe to Ontario? Gives me great deal so call Ken. How about that 66 Parisienne how much?  ken gives me good deal. Guy picks up car Monday and delivers it today. Picked up Mark to help me load it. Ken had washed car but hauler ran through construction. Dirty Girl. One week from start to finish, still waiting for GP

Looks like the stars aligned at the right time ..... Congrats
The stars aligned for me a couple of times too. Once I was interested in a car in the Atlanta GA area . Then came across an ad from a guy from Winnipeg that was coming back empty . No brainer ... did both the deals ( car and the hauler ) , and car was here in less than a week . I then became close to the car hauler on a personal level , and he picked up a few more cars in the US for me years later .

I'm a bit disappointed Kevin, you let a Ford pull it to your place.

The funky headlight domes saved the lamps! I've never seen these before. Must be a western gravel road thing?

Yup, standard stuff in western Canada. Glad it made the trip. Guy who had it before me had to set up an electric pump to get it running. he also had to put an HEI on but the original distributor is n the trunk.

Glad you were able to make all this happen Im curious as to how the closure of the Ontario border deal played out in all of this?  We cant even move between health authority regions in bc never mind non essential travel to Alberta .

By the way Kevin this car never made my wife all that happy when I bought it either! She's slightly happier now.

put her up on ramps and changed the oil . Found two gasket in the filter, surprised it wasnt leaking. Put a battery in and a little gas down the carb. She fired right up but quit. Electric fuel pump not working. Pulled it out and it worked when connected to battery. Has to be bad ground or broken power wire
