1969 Poster

Just picked up a full line poster for the 69 Pontiac line sold in Canada. Not in perfect shape, never seen this one before but I do have an NOS poster like this for the American models.

Never really thought of it before but its interesting that the fullsized line in Canada had five distinct models (plus wagons) while in the US there were only three; Catalina, Executive and Bonneville. Mind you there were two options that were probably seen as models by many buyers: Ventura and brougham.

Also interesting that there are no Beaumonts or Acadians here. Could this be because they were not technically considered as Pontiacs but their own brands?

Beaumonts and Acadians were never sold or marketed as Pontiacs. Acadians went up to 71, and were then replaced by Pontiac Ventura II's

Pontiacs were always considered full size cars.
