My friend went to see that car a few months ago, good clean car but no reason to believe its not 109,000 miles. Similar impression about the owner being "special" to deal with.
I was in Stoney Creek last week and happened to come across it parked in a driveway. If it were so special would it not be kept inside. Looks pretty nice though.

It's a very typically optioned 2+2 with base engine and auto trans. I'm sure the vast majority of these cars were equipped just like this one. Regardless of the mileage being 9,000 or 109,000 the car is in very good original condition especially by rust inducing Ontario standards.
I own several very low mile Pontiac's from that era as well as many with typical mileage of give or take 100,000, one drive of even a block will instantly confirm or refute the claim of 9,000 miles. Even before driving it, feel the amount of slop of the inside door handle, the amount of texture on the steering wheel rim, feel the amount of slop in the headlight knob, parking brake release, radio knobs, turn signal lever and seat travel and seat back latch. Look at the amount of grain on the armrest pad, leading edge of seat cushion where you slide in. None of these alone confirm anything but the total of them can be very conclusive.
