2" Ball joint spacers wanted

Looking for a set of 2" billet aluminum ball joint spacers for my '63 Parisienne. Sadly the only set available currently on Ebay is $199 US which is more than the budget allows.

Thanks in advance

Steve

My Dad & I are turning the '63 Parisienne 2drht he bought in 1985 into a tribute factory super stock drag car. Want to get the front end up as high as possible so using Moog658A 409 Wagon coils and possibly coil spacers. Ball joint spacers will allow more room to get coils/spacers re-installed AND their main purpose is to give more travel on launch helping weight distribution to rear.

Awesome!  sounds like a super cool project,  keep us posted and some pics too.

I suppose showcars or speedway maybe, but probably best to check vintage drag racing forums and facebook groups to see if anyone has a good used or vintage set cheap.

 Any pics of the 63?

Here it is, she has been sitting way too long. First order of business is replacing both Wheelhouse box braces, both sides rotten. Ordered Dynacorn replacements.

Swiss cheese style with a ford super duty hood scoop? The 63 Chevy Z11 when set up for drag racing may have the high front end and low rear look you are looking for? I mention it as it had the same frame and suspension as the Parisienne. Not sure how they got the front end up high.

The z11 had aluminum front clip, bumper and brackets front and rear alum too, no sound deadening, no radio, no front sway bar. Swiss cheese car was aluminum too.

The Packer Pontiac is very much the look we are hoping for. I found a couple of NOS SD scoops with the chrome grilles from a company that had a pallet of them in the US about 15 years ago so yes to that. Won't be drilling holes in frame though. I have not been able to find any article that details the front suspension on those early Swiss cheese & Z11 cars. We will likely start with the wagon coils alone to see where that gets us.

RE: 2

As I am building a late 70's early 80's style street freak, 57 Chevy, I've been looking for spacers as well. I have asked a local machinist that has made some custom parts for me in the past to fab a pair. Cost will be $180.00. Guess what I am saying. Is check with a local guy. They may be willing to make the part.
