350 and 396 Emblems

I met a new member at a recent car show. He acquired a really NICELY restored 1970 Acadian SS.   (real deal)

He has all the emblems except the fender 350 V 8

If anybody has a pair or a line on them, for a "reasonable" price, please let me know.

As an example, I told him to contact that guys muscle car parts in Ontario. Well, he has a pair.

$450 bucks plus shipping.IMG_3200[1].jpgIMG_3201[1].jpg

THAT is not reasonable for this pair of emblems.

ON the same note however, My friend has a pair of the  396 V8 emblems. His asking price is a little bit more than these above. BUT.. They are MINT!

Thanks for reading.

Ken

Carl would say change engines not emblems.

These emblems (all engine sizes) are always in demand. The 427 ones fetch over $1000 so $450 may not be too out of line.

I would agree with Carl on that one.

Thanks for the input Todd. Will send message to our new member as to your thoughts.

The 69 350V emblems used to be $50 for a pair, or a bit more if they're really nice.
