The American fenders bolt on differently than the Canadian fenders and I am sure the dimensions are different.

I'd bet the length is identical... with a different inner support stamping as Paul states.

Was the extra 66 USA Bonny/Star Chief Executive 124" WB body length not all realized in the rear quarters, before at the dogleg, and to the rear of the WW opening?

USA Catalina 2 and 4 door Sedan, and GP bodies externally are the same dimension as CP's.

That would be my fender. You will need to save the upper re-Inforcement off your Canadian fender. Drill out the spot welds and swap your re-inforcement onto the US fender. Did it for my 61 on both sides and it worked well. I did the top re-Inforcement and the rear vertical one on my 61 fenders but I dont know if the same applies to 66. I think only the top horizontal one needs to be swapped. I know it was fun breaking the parts loose . Be careful and locate all the spot welds. Then just plug weld it back together.

Bill.

Bill, is that fender rust free or needs work?

Fender is rust free as far as I can tell. A friend brought it back from Carlyle Pa for me but my car is a 65. So it is for sale.

He actually found a pair in Manitobawink

I should correct that, one of them is rust free and the other one has a tiny bit to repair but not at the bottom behind the wheel. For some odd reason it's in a totally different area.
