Interestingly this is not a Canadian Poncho, its got a Pontiac blue block 350 indicating US built or possibly but unlikely Canadian built for US market.

It apparently is a Colorado car. Vin starts with 2, so Canadian built.
Now at $12,500
I have to admit that I used a vin decoder online that has incorrect information regarding 13 digit vin numbers. The first character is the manufacturer, not the country of origin. When I found another site to decode the vin it indicated a Pontiac built in Michigan. Sorry about that.
