When I was at the dealer in Goose-Bay, Labrador, we had a DND 6-pack (crew cab 3+3) that came in with an engine knock. All that was wrong with it was that the valves were sticking due to all of all the short runs on the base. They wanted a new engine and I promptly obliged.
That engine came with these covers, mind you, they never went in the truck with them, they stayed with me and were put on the engine that I ended up putting in my car shortly after I did a little rebuild. That was 1991 or 1992.
I have a new set in the house that I bought in the late 90s with 427 labels.
