I had a couple 14 x 7's with a 5 on 4-3/4" bolt pattern. Had them listed on kijiji for a long time, finally a member here took them off my hands. They were sandblasted & primered, but no rings or caps.
My iphone is acting up right now, so messaging might be the best way to communicate right now.

I have observed that good 15x7" (5x4.75") wheels are generally $100/ea.
14" are A LOT less desireable, so those are hit or miss - this is a far cry from asking prices of a couple decades ago, when the guys restoring GTO's paid big bucks for 14x6" rally's - and would walk right by 15x7" wheels.
I attribute the harder to find 14" tires as the major factor here.
My brother bought a complete set of 14x6" (5x4.75") Rally II's with caps and great rubber for an absolute song a couple years ago.
I have only concerned myself with 70-ish coded 14x7" wheels personally because my car was a 14x7" wheel car.

Good points, I have the 14s solely because I needed new tires and went with 15s for the reasons you describe. My Rally IIs are powder coated and near mint, sitting under the bench gathering dust. The accoutrements are likely just as valuable as the wheels, mint rings and centre caps.
