REAR QUARTER-PANEL WHEEL ARCHES ARE NOT RIGHT. SHOULD BE FLAT.

I always say it's a concept car front end design... that snuck past management.

So are these quarters from a Laurentian or a US car?

They could be Canadian or US aftermarket quarters, patch panels or originals. My 2+2 has the flared aftermarket quarters because the flat ones weren't available in the aftermarket world,
at least 20+ years ago.

On my car when new, you got flared without fender skirts or flat with fender skirts.
My car originally came with fender skirts and I'm considering having the wheel arches re-shaped to accommodate them the next time I paint it.

Regards, Scott (LandShark ...)

I thought they were all universally flat Scott.

Hmm.

Now I'm starting to doubt my assumptions. I'm sure I've seen other Canadian 68s with the flared lip and looking at my original 68 brochure, some of the images appear flared.
Maybe I had American aftermarket quarters or patch panels installed before my time.

If Dave (pont427) sees this, maybe he can comment as he has and has had many 68s over the years.

Regards, Scott (LandShark ...)
