So , not that i know much about this, but all the side trim and the front fender louvers are INcorrect? right?

Yes, all the side mouldings plus the louvers suck!

Hmm, gone forever it looks like..... at least no trace of where it went.

Did you notice it gained 50 horsepower? Now it's a 375 horse!

It's all in the sorely placed and incorrect Chevrolet air cleaner decal.

Yes, and that's really sad because before the air cleaner was "restored" it looks like it had the original decals on it.

The worst part is, the correct repro decal is available too.

Oh I know! But as you say, there's nothing changed on there that can't be corrected fairly easily. Such a rare piece.

Would this be after Gentry Lane?

The link led to this site where it sold for 14k

Wow... $7200 CAD to $14,000 US (~$18,900 CAD by today's rates) in just a couple of months.

Too bad the person who really wanted it (Carl) couldn't have got it before the profiteers got their claws into it.  Oh well, that's the "hobby"... confuse

Was 1966 the same as 1967 where only the Laurentian and Bel Air wagons were available with the 9 passenger option?

9 passenger Canadian Pontiac wagons for 1967 1966 or 1967 were Laurentian only, yes. 1968 and 1969 were Laurentian, Parisienne or Grande Parisienne.

I can't access my info at the moment (we have company and they are asleep, can't go to my books because I'd wake them up!) but as soon as I am able I can look that up.

Always wondered why dad did not order a 62 Parisienne 9 passenger wagon

It was likely because his boys were too expensive to raise. He likely was having to buy them a ton of toy cars to keep them happy.

Dad worked 6 days a week just to feed and clothe us. There was not of lot of toys. When we went to our grandparents there was that only child Bobby that lived across the roads that had tons of toys

Model #45. Laurentian only. (Except, oddly, for the '61 Strato Chief.) Interested to know why the '61 had a "Fleet" only.
