In the bumper. You are missing them.

Lowers are the High beams. Uppers, High/low. Yes, the 5 .75" lamps are available at CTC.

3. Where's light switch for head and rear lights? How to turn the lights off? The only thing that was affecting lights was the lever on the steering column and it either had left rear light on, either right, either both, but nothing for the front. I had to disconnect the battery to turn rear lights off:) 

Dash, far left. Pull on-Push off. You likely have an issue with your turn signal switch in the column. Your headlamp switch could also be bad along with the floor dimmer. Or a wiring issue.

4. Does anyone have a video of how lights/turn lights are working?

I could get one?

5. Is there any tutorial how to replace lights in the dashboard?

None I've seen. I did mine with the pad off. Others know the trick. You probably have to lie on the floor and reach up behind?

6. My dashboard doesn't show which gear is currently on, any advise where to start looking?

The pointer has likely come away/detached/broken off from the column collar.

7. How many speakers supposed to be in the car?

One is standard. A second rear was optional.

8. Which lube is better to use on moving parts inside the doors?

I used Gibbs lube on basically frozen regulators and rollers. Worked like a charm.

Note: IF you want to remove the top pad, there are 5 screws underneath the front edge but there is also a bolt located off center, thru the firewall and accessed by removing the wipers and cowl plate.

 I hate that darn screw. . Went under the dash with a zip wheel and cut it off.

Intact, the pillar trims have to come off first as well if you're to pull the pad/pan. But it sounds like you just have the pan. Need a pad.

Here's a question:

Does the speedo even have a gear selection window and a pointer? My first reaction to the question is it's just lacking a pointer.  The previous console to column conversion probably has a lot to be desired, in that they probably did the minimum to just make it roadable...and didn't bother with the pointer/window in the floor shift speedo.

Not to worry, the selection window can be put in your speedo with no issues. After thinking I'd need a floor shift speedo, I discovered all the speedos are the same and are universal. I took my selection panel out to make it a floor shift speedo. A pointer is easy as well. You can have my selector panel if you need it. Someone will have a pointer, mine got destroyed.

Yeah, that how it looks on my end. But the arrow is not moving. I suspect steering column is not native and the shifter was on the center console which gives me a thought that shifting can be moved back to the console which i'm gonna get at some point.

 If it was built a Custom Sport, then it should have had the floor shift and buckets. Looks like it did at some point and someone changed it to the column. Can confirm the model by the serial number and contact Vintage Vehicle for the build details.
