Found some time to play with the front clip today. Upon inspection the inner aprons are missing. I do have an extra hood , deck lid and grille for trade if anyone has.
As alot of you know on this website I ordered a new 64 409 425hp custom sport. Had the car for 3 years and sold it to a friends son in law. He totalled the car, but the engine and drive train were sold. could this be the drive train because he states it came from a 64 Pontiac. Also the air cleaner top in the trunk has a V script added. This was only on Chevy 409 air cleaner tops. Lots of questions. I had done internal mods to my engine, just wondering.

Corvettes excepted, 4-speeds officially began on the 1959 Chevrolets in the U.S. I often wondered if any Oshawa-built Chevrolets were built with 4-speeds prior to '63, and if they followed the same C.S.L.
Chevy had the option of sourcing from a U.S plant, though it would face an import tax when new.
