A new is friend polishes boat for a living, he really like the look of the 63 and has been wanting to have a go at it. It looks great, better than the pictures show. Before, during, and after on just the side so far. The car is about 75% original paint.

He uses 5 different pastes, all for marine use, the pastes are about $600+. They are graded like a wet sanding sandpaper, he has yet to do a final coat on anything. He says you will be able to see a reflection of the hairs on your arm when its done.

Ill need a new car cover when its done, whats a good one for indoor use?

Got some more buffing back-that one big trim piece not done yet. Inside door handles, a day night mirror, a regular mirror, 3 mirror posts- one is convertible-, a taillight lense, a front signal light lense, some exterior trim. Also, a convertible top switch bezel and the accessory lamp that is above the radio.
