Manly, Yes, But mice like it too !

So, the Irish Spring trick is a failure.

I have shaved half the bar for the vehicles and then today, I go into the shop and found the remaining bar like this blankstare

I don't like using poisons but I decided to go break out a packet left by the former owner of the house.

This sat in a shop drawer, untouched, for over 25 years.

Now empty.

I guess the problem took care of it's self smile

I've been told spreading cinnamon powder around the tires of your car prevents rodents from climbing up the tires to get into the car. I spread some cheap powder around my car this year. We'll see if it helps.

I put traps in my garage and one in the car. Once its cold outside I get mice. I have a heated attached garage and usually get half a dozen mice a winter. Because I dont use poison I throw the dead mice outside and the birds usually come and get them in a couple of hours. I havent caught mice actually in the car yet.

Wow, I'd heard rumours before of mice liking Irish Spring but good grief, you have some very clean mice there...

Imagine opening up your garage to find the Irish Spring gone, and a couple of mice kicking back in a hot tub.

No need for the peanut butter. I had those pails outside at the lake. They run on the Coke can just out of curiosity. Best way to catch a mouse ever...
