Jason it looks correct. You are missing some pictures of the washer, that goes on the one end as well as the foam seal. Also you are missing the the brackets to hold the tube to the cowl where the door hinges go..

Here is a picture of a complete 1962-65 Nova or Acadian front cowl antenna.

I will measure my tube and get back to you.

If it helps at all, 986309 is the part number for the front mounted antenna kit for 65 Acadian or Nova.

And just for kicks, 986307 is the rear antenna. I've never seen an Acadian with an original rear antenna. Anyone?
