It is funny to see how similar yet different a Canadian Parisienne convertible would be, with 348 & triple 2-barrels. The trim looks like it would be the same.

The Canadian Parisienne could also come with an air ride suspension and maybe a fuelie 283? The fuelie was available on the 58 impala but not sure about Parisienne, I recall seeing a 58 Parisienne with air ride.
