Shipping engine block in the US?

Does anyone have any experience shipping an engine block within the US? As in, ship from US address to US address?

Yes, I've heard of Fastenal, I'm wondering if there is other options?

I had my engine shipped thru YRC.  From Tennessee to Pembina ND. Without any trouble. YRC head office is in Wpg.
