This is what I am looking for, but new.

Would a rebuilt one work?

If so, you could message John, 68sd396rag on here. He used to sell rebuilt units. He's getting out of the brake business but I know he still has some pieces left.

What you need Randy is a 69-70 Full size brake distribution block, a 69 bracket for it, and a 1968 69 brake metering valve.

Incorrect bracket. But I have a 69 bracket. You have to cut the bracket on the new, and weld onto the correct one. The bracket is staked not bolted onto the valve unfortunately. 

But you really could just go with used if someone might have one. I'm surprised you dont have one in your parts stash.

I was thinking of cleaning up the original block but everything in this system is new or rebuilt.

I will message our member.

I was thinking, by design, there appears to be plenty of meat in the bottom of the block. So If you do buy a new brass block, it would be no problem to cut the staking tab off, then drill and tap it for a short 1/4-20 bolt. No welding req.

This all looks ugly, but it'll blast up nice. You could just buy a hold off with a new plated bracket if you needed. The block bracket... you can't buy.

The steel block is dated 9 251 M if you want that too.

FYI - the 1969 & 1970 distribution blocks are different, and the line going to the rear brakes is a different thread between the 2 years.
I have a NOS 1970 distribution block if you're interested, but you'd need to order the lines for a 1970.

I think the rear line is the same size as 1969, but the flare nut fitting is a different thread.

Just curious. how would you get at the piston on these 67-70 distribution blocks? Would the front and back line seats have to be pulled out?

How is that done if you don't mind me asking?
