Anyone near Lotbiniere Quebec?

Do we have a member anywhere near Lotbiniere Quebec who might be willing to help me out with a parts purchase? It's a bit of money and I'd like to know the seller is legitimate. It all looks and sounds legit but these days you never know.....

Lotbinière has a population of 887. It is situated on the south shore of the St. Lawrence, mid-way between Trois-Rivières and Quebec City. It is along that plain with all the skinny but deep land grants that encouraged settlers.

Came back that way, highway 40, from Montreal to Mahone Bay in 1998, only way home during the ice storm.
