Anyone have this 1969 Grande Parisienne

Does anyone here have or know of this gem? I really like the look of a 69 Grande without a vinyl top. Does not have the correct Grande grille. Have seen this a few times. Wonder why the grille got swapped out.

It doesn't have the endura insert in the rear bumper either. I wonder if it's a Parisienne badged as a Grande Parisienne.

Bumpers tend to be vulnerable. Maybe the Parisienne bumpers were swapped onto a Grande Parisienne. As opposed to somebody adding all the lower door, fender and rocker trim with all the associated fasters. Hmmm...
A model # or interior shots would be helpful.

A lot can happen in 55 years, interesting that both ends are not Grande Parisienne yet trim and badging are ok for a non vinyl roof car.  Photo of seats and interior needed as Cam already stated to pinpoint proper ID.

I do see the Grande Parisienne interior pattern, so likely a real GP with a bumper swap.

Neat car, rare car, worth saving.

It was sold a few years ago. No interior shots. I was hoping a member maybe had it. The hunt continues for my Grande!

There was a gold one for sale in Manitoba last spring.

It was pointed out back then that if there was no vinyl, it would have the "Grande" logo on the fender.

That has to be the rarest emblem out there.

Yes I remember this one. I wanted to buy it but the price was too high. I was in talks with the seller. He was in the middle of a divorce and was selling off cars and land. He didnt want to sell it and I dont think he did in the end. I have a pic of the trim tag he sent me somewhere. Ill post it if I find it.   I remember the discussion about the fender emblems. It was myself researching those emblems. Nifty to note that it was not recommended in the options book to use the two-tone moulding if the upper and lower were the same color. Didnt stop whoever ordered it.

I've seen a lot of canadian Pontiacs of the era in junk yards that were one color but ordered with the two tone moldings. Old dealer trick to charge the client for a factory vinyl top but to instead install cheapo aftermarket vinyl top material themselves. Saved the dealer about $40 ($300-400 in 2024 money) per car and left the owner with a top that would peel away and fade-degrade in no time.

I really like that molding on any GM solid colour car.

It's too bad on the Parisienne, that the top/rear piece bolts through sheet metal.

A water highway for the trunk.

Lets not forget that the Mod-Top was also a bit of a fad in  the aftermarket. I remember flowery vinyl tops on cars other than Mopars around 69/70. There was also a new '72 Impala Custom Coupe in town with a houndstooth vinyl top. Again, it was a Mod-Top.

My aunt an uncle had a 70 Chevelle with a houndstooth vinyl top.
