Hello everybody, Im needing to do some rocker panel repair on my 64 two door Parisienne is there any company that reproduces them or do any of the USA models Catalina , bonnieville etc fit or be made to work thanks in advance
When the metal work was done on my 64 Parisienne, rockers werent available for Parisienne.my body man used 64 Impala rockers which have a corner crease . He bent the panel over a welding tank and massaged the crease out.
I can't speak with a certainty about 64 but I know in 62 they are different. Pontiac rolls under much more than Chevy. If the outer is gone, there's a strong probability the middle structure is as well. These cars have an inner, which is part of the floor pan, then a middle section with some funky stuff going and then the outer. My 62 also has a 1: C channel that runs along the underside. We haven't built ours yet, but at least we have enough from a parts car that we can use as a template. Good luck!
