64 Parisienne Trunk lock

Someone before I bought my Custom Sport changed the trunk key lock and used a lock meant for a lid instead of in the body proper, resulting in the key slot being sideways instead of vertical. Other years of Pontiacs may be suitable. Body versus lid locks have different tabs, positioning them differently, something I never knew. I just need the lock cylinder and key in good working condition. I have the original coded keys for the rest of the car. Any parts cars out there with their trunk cylinders and keys? Thanks

I don't have one for you but I thought I'd let you know I looked in the GM parts book and 1360012 trunk lock cylinder fits 59-60 Pontiac as well as 63-64 Pontiac.

Thanks for your efforts. . I also just checked on Rock Auto and they offer new cylinder and keys for less than $10. They differentiate between trunk lid and body mounting, so I'll be able to obtain the correct version. Simpler than I thought. For the first time in my life I took the back seat out and crawled through the opening and popped the lid. A tight squeeze..

I just took a look there. TL105 is the one you ordered?
