I was in my car the other day and decided to take the rear seat out i found alot of cool old stuff like a bus pass from edmontan and a few other things but what i found that was most intresting was a peice of paper stuck to the bottom of the seat with a little ring thing any ideas what this is?

There is a NOS 74 shaker hood for sale in the St Paul area, but the guy won't ship. My buddy wants it and would be a 26 hour drive one way. If anybody is in that area in the next week and can help out. It would be great. Thanks
