What is this clip for? 1967 GP

This clip is under the hood on the front of the drivers side wheel well. Between Vacuum can, horns and wiper tank. It is stamped with Dell Chemicals Detroit Michigan Patented. Approx 6" tall. Probably an easy question for most here. I stuffed a Leafs t-shirt behind it for contrast for the pic.

Believe the original bottles have CANADA amongst other numbers and letters on the bottom of the bottle. Repops don't have Canada.

Believe original concentrated fluid was either blue or green.

Believe the label varies between years, makes, models etc. Remember talking to Osborne reproductions and they had I believe 3 variations on the label.

I found Americans used green and Canada used Blue so far. The label is bilingual as well.

Knew a guy with a Lincoln with that setup.

Wouldn't have to worry about it freezing in the winter!
