If you need to repair your neutral safety Sw. It is not that hard
1. bend 4 tabs that hold top to the base and remove top
2. clean contacts on top and on the small contacts that are  held up by springs
3. stretch springs to put more tension on contacts
4. replace top on base and close tabs.
5. test before re-installing
