64 Parisienne roof trim at Pick and Pull

Stopped at the local pick and pull on the way home from work and they had brought in a 64 Parisienne 2 door hardtop.  Not much there as expected but I did notice very nice rain gutter stainless on it plus decent trim around the front and back windows.  Also a couple interior trim pieces there.  Back bumper core isn't too bad either. Torsion bars in trunk are good.  If someone needs something just tell me and see what we can do if it is still there.

Yes it is.  Was surprised, usually no old stuff but they had a 72 Chevelle and this Pontiac.

Yeah, it pays to do a walkthrough a couple of times a month. I've been meaning to.

furious The old "wish it was closer" line! I need a rear bumper. The gutter trim would be great also. Nothing to be had on the east coast! I'd buy the whole car. If there only was a way Jerel we could make it work!

Stopped in again and stripped off most of the window trim and trim around the doors. Just stuck it in another car's trunk as I am not sure how much they are going to want for it depending on who is working when you go through. Looks like a brand new windshield in it and the back glass is good too. $40 for the windshield. I have talked to somebody on the forum here who will probably take the trim if they don't charge us an outrageous amount but if you are looking for something specific get in touch and I will try scoop it.

Let me know when you're going, and I'll try to meet you. Two heads are sometimes better than one, or 4 hands are better than two....... biggrin

Yeah, I am not too sure when I will stop in next.  I drive by it every day from work so have taken off early a couple days lately and scouted out what was there.  Feels like finding a prize now when you see an old car among all the newer ones.  I am just a little worried about who is at the till when I go through with the trim.  One said that they charge $4 a foot for trim but on longer pieces they might give you the whole piece for just a little more than that.  Today they said they charge different for different pieces at their discretion so will see what happens.  Thing is if they don't get their price they just throw it in the bin and its gone.
