Heater hoses X 2... I see that data tag was off and it looks as though you need the clutch shift rod boot reattached...

The heater hoses are attached where they supposed to be ... by that flimsy, crappy, clip on the inside fender. (My car has a flimsy, crappy clip alsobiggrin)

Nope, still not the right answer anywhere guys.

I will admit, it's a tough one, nothing you would expect.

Nothing related to the cooling system at all though, I'll give you that hint.

As far as the rad cap, it's the same, must be the camera/flash angle is not the same between the 2 shots.

No, nobody's close yet.

It's not anything you'd expect. It's a modification, not a remove and replace bolt on part.

The snorkel is totally wrong for the 325 horse 396.  More like the 425 horse 427.

I figured you'd catch it Ken!

Yes, I'm making a bogus air cleaner, as close a snorkel as I could find for the 385 horse 427.

Look at the 2 pictures and you'll notice the snorkel is shortened up in the second pic.

Now I need to weld up the holes in it, weld it on to the base and paint it.

Sheesh!....I kept looking at the snorkel, but because it had the same marking on both I thought it was an optical illusion/photo angle.

Damn....went with the rad cap instead....
