1965 Pontiac Parisienne conversion Powerglide TH 350

HI again ..

never ending discussion about swaping my Powerglide to Muncie 4 Speed (finaly to expensive) so finally to an TH 350!

Which TH 350 would fits?

Somebody wrote needs an long tailhousing ...so from which cars i can swap?

Does an Camaro 1970-1981 TH 350 fit?

How about shifting?

The Powerglide has the P R N D shift plate ..the TH 350 needs P R N D L ..shift plate lence but have i to modificate the floor mounted control lever and bracket assambly?

Short tail shaft T350 is the same size as your Powerglide. My PRNDL column shifter worked fine with mine. The letters didnt quite match up, but you could feel the clicks. I just made sure the D lined up right

the camaro one is a direct bolt in short shaft just messure to make sure, the trucks had the long tail shaft, make sure the cable kick down work properly, and get a 3speed coversion kit from a impala dealer for the right detents in your shifter and glass. if you are running the German auto, then you might go 200r and beaf it up its a drop on two 250km in over drive sounds good.
