Grinding noise made by engine

It's been happening ever since I started it a couple weeks ago when I took it out of the garage. I haven't driven it too much since I'm afraid to. I noticed that my water pump pulley is loose, not a good sign. Some how I fear that's not the only problem. I started it today and left it to idle a while and the noise got more violent. I can feel vibrations in the clutch. It has a 230i6 and a 3 on tree transmission. Oil is good. I attached a link to a video. Could someone diagnose my problem? https://vimeo.com/m/93073464 Thank you

Maybe remove the drive belts and run it a SHORT time just to see if the noise is there without the belts operating. At least that would narrow down if it's one of the engine accessories making the noise.

Ok, it was the waterpump. I'm going to order a new one. I also wonder if my current power steering setup had something to do with it getting damaged? will post pic later today
