59 Parisienne battery hold down bolt

Does anyone know the proper thread pitch for the bolt that holds the battery hold down bracket to the radiator support? I've got a new bracket as the current bungie cord is visually unappealing. I have a variety of bolts and pitches but nothing is threading in smoothly. Trying not to cross thread this thing.

Im gonna guess and say 3/8 coarse thread. The bolt is 1/2 inch head, so find some of those old bolts you have kicking around.

 Umm, 3/8" bolt has a 9/16" head.

I'd say it's a 5/16" bolt (not sure if course or fine thread) with a 1/2" head.

I would guess it's 5/16" and if the head is 1/2" that would make sense. Should be 5/16" coarse thread, 18 threads per inch I think?

Thanks everyone, pretty sure it's a 5/16-18 thread but I just wanted to be sure before I chased it.
