Half stripe or no stripe?
(Preview)
My car was repainted on the dealer lot when it was a month old, and they did it without a stripe, so it's never had one in my lifetime. Despite 46 years of momentum, I thought I'd give it a try. I don't actually care for the way they extended it onto the front and rear past the wheels, so I did more of a Fairlin...

69 Strato Chief back on the road in Saskatchewan.
(Preview)
I've noticed the 69's have become a topic of discussion on the site as of late. So thought I'd throw one more into the group. Some of you may remember I picked up a 70 2+2 out of the bush a few years back, unfortunately it was a little to far gone to be worth the work putting it back together. It did sit in my y...

My original-owner '69 2+2 427/390 four-speed
(

)
(Preview)
Well, original owner in the sense my Dad bought it new, but he's long since passed away. I got the car in '84 and have had it since. This car was NOT born with this powertrain and is not one of the original 12 cars. It's only special to me since it was my Dad's first new car, our family car my entire childhoo...

I'm putting together a little page for my car: http://1969Pontiac.com/Dave/default.aspx I've added a little blurb to explain the car to an American audience, but in stating that no body parts interchange I then wondered... do the trunk lids perhaps interchange? The tail lights do, so it's possi...

1969 Pontiac Bonneville Brougham 428/390
(Preview)
I know this is the American variant, but I don't have any American Pontiac friends I'm hoping someone here has some knowledge on the Yankee versions. Long story short, I found a Brougham convertible. If the Bonneville is the Grande Parisienne, the Bonneville Bougham is a model higher, with no r...

The one-of-one car I'm chasing (red 1969 2+2 427/490 4-speed convertible)
(Preview)
I know where this car is, I've talked to the owner, but he's pushing 70 and "going to restore it one day". Of course true or not, he has no reason or motivation to sell it. Does anyone know if it would be a one-of-one? It's a 427/390 (so L36) with the M-21 or M-22 (says Muncie on the shifter is all...

70 2+2 Emblem free to good home
(Preview)
Years back I ordered a 2+2 emblem and it arrived as a 1970 emblem instead of a 1969. So, if you need one, just send me a picture of where it goes (and ideally of the other side too if you have the one so I can confirm it matches) and I'll mail it off to you.

Anyone have my red 2+2 convertible?

I sold this car on the prairies probably 10 years ago now, just curious if it's re-entered the hobby or if anyone has seen it!

Rally center caps
(Preview)
I've been put in touch with a fellow who has a set of 4 center caps for sale correct for Pontiac. They are very good used condition. I do want to buy a set of these but the asking price of $400 CDN seems pretty high. I don't know how rare and valuable they are, and as I mention, I will be looking for these caps at s...

Hi fellas, I've got a buddy in the midst of reassembling his 65 GTO restoration. He's in need of a GTO wiring diagram (he's been using a Tempest diagram) Hoping someone on here has a diagram they wouldn't mind posting for reference? Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Kyle

'65 409?
(Preview)
About 25 years ago, my brother had a 1965 Parisienne with a 409. Can't find any pics of the car, he only had it for a short while, but I distinctly remember the 409 engine. It was also a 4 speed. Don't know whatever happened to it. Was the 409 carried over into early '65?

My focus is the big block B Body cars- especially factory equipped 427 cars, and how can you beat a 427 4 speed when it comes to the big Ponchos? Can anybody tell me how many 427 ca...

"A little bit of history"
(Preview)
I think most of us got into these cars based on fond memories of years ago. My Pontiac memories go as far back as I remember. In fact there must have been a little bit of Pontiac placed in my genes. Dads first Pontiac was this stunning turquoise and white 58 Laurentian seen here parked behind my grandparen...
