HI, IS THERE SOME ONE OUT THERE WITH KNOWLEGE ON 66 8.2 DIFFERENTIAL SET UP. HOWL AT 60 MPH. JUST INSTALLED A USED SET OF GEARS FROM ANOTHER 66 HOUSING SO I LEFT THE PINION SHIM IN THAT CAME WITH THE USED SET .THE GEAR SET LOOKS GOOD. 8 1/2 THOU. BACK LASH ( WITHIN SPEC)

I just got a 1980 olds 307 out of a 98. I would like to know what if any parts i can take from my olds 260. The 307 needs a distributor and water pump which i just put on the 260 will these work? The 307 has the 5A heads.

ok.i put the 250 c;i in the 62 acadian s/w ( i cooked the 194) the baby starts up runs smooth for about 2min. slowly dies out and when i try to restart it the thing pops,back fires up through the carb. leave it for a while and it will start right back up smooth then the same old shi*..whats up!!!i checked the...

tried to start 63 today,no go pulled plugs and soaked, i think there getting to much fuel from having carb rebuilt.set screw in or out for less fuel,its a 1 barrel?

I've had this pump forever and a day, new in the box. Do I dare try it on my 327 or leave it for the originality freaks? Last thing I want is a ruptured diaphragm leaking fuel into my oil, or under the hood for that matter.
