Well I got the engine and tranny out today.Heading back out to tackle the steering column and front clip now.Damn bolts,only got 1 dr off and a bloody knuckle.Heres a pic of engine,I will get her all cleaned up later.

Just wondering where to look on my 67 Acadian for any hidden VIN #'s. I am sure it is a 67 Acadian Invader based on the VIN in the door, but wanted to verify it somewhere else on the car. The previous owner had removed the cowl tag so that information is gone so it leaves me guessing a bit. Partial VIN 713117...

I know it's a Nova but if any of you are working on a 66-67 Acadian, you may find this helpful. This guy pulled the 283 out of his 66 Nova SS, very clean original 4 speed California car.
