Hey every one ! Where can I pick up a set of long tube headers for my 389 '66 Bonneville ? I have only been able fine a pair of Doug's headers at $700 a pop ! hoping for some plain steel ones like Black jacks of something for around 2-300 ! any ideas ? thanks j

Hi ....what is the best replacement piston ring set for a 1966 389 out of a Benneville? The motor only has 78k miles on it but hasn't been run in years ....it smokes out of the rocker cover vent a bit so i'm guessing the rings are stuck in one of the pots. I'm going to pull the motor apart and completely clean...

I'm just curious if anybody knows why there is a stated 5 horsepower difference in the rating of the 1966 L36 (390 horse 427) and the 1967 one. Is there any differcence at all really?
