Wondering if the front doors from a 65 Acadian four door would be the same as a 65 Acadian wagon?

Haven't had the chance to measure the doors but just looking at them they looked very similar. Rear doors slope off unlike the wagon but with my little eyes look like the front ones may be the same. Leaving it to you experts for an answer. Thanks.
